Secure your briefing via our online calendar. A $250 non-refundable Diagnostic Retainer is required to ensure we are engaging with a committed decision-maker.​

Step 2: The Credibility Gate (MNDA & Financial Due Diligence)
We execute a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) and perform Counterparty Due Diligence. We verify solvency and budget authority before a single minute of Phase I work begins.​

Step 3: Phase I Forensic Intake (The "Go/No-Go" Assessment)
We deploy the Phase I Intake Form. This high-level forensic assessment identifies the "Myth vs. Reality" gap and determines if VectorRidge will accept the full engagement.​

Step 4: Master Services Agreement (MSA) & Statement of Work (SOW)
We execute the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the Statement of Work (SOW). This formalizes the project and dictates that all future payments are tied to the delivery of specific reports.

Step 5: Engagement Commencement (Phase II Bespoke Intake)
The 90-day investigation officially begins. We deploy the Phase II Bespoke Forensic Intake, the deep-dive instrument customized for your specific system failures.​

Step 6: The Forensic Analysis
The "black box" phase. We perform the heavy lifting—reconciling the Chaos Ledger and mapping the structural facts of the institutional drift.​

Step 7: Final Delivery (The 90-Day Diagnostic Map)
The end of the engagement. We provide the comprehensive Forensic Blueprint and final reports. These deliverables provide the Board with the definitive evidence required to salvage, pivot, or litigate.​
